* Except during the high season all displayed prices are based on the use of 4 bedrooms ( max. 8 persons ).
The one in the basement remains closed.

Outside the main season we charge €400,-/ week extra ( max. 10 persons ) for the whole villa (= 5 bedrooms).
In addition during this period it's possible to use 3 bedrooms with a discount of €245,-/week compared the displayed 4 bedroom price.

* 1 baby-bed and -chair is included. Every other baby-bed gives an additional price of €60,-


************** During the high season ( july and august ) we only rent the whole house *******************

* The rental period lasts always a week ( 7 nights or 14 / 21) and has a changeover at saturday.

During period October to the end of April we will be more flexible with the duration of the stay (min.5 days) and the moment of changeover.


* The deposit is €750,- and has to be paid together with the remaining second part of the rent. As soon as no damages has been established after the end
of the stay, this deposit will be refunded a.s.a.p..

* Since march 1 st 2024, we have to charge tourist tax in this area. The fee is charged per guest aged 13 or over and differs during the year:
- Low season: between November first and March 31 st : 1 € / person / night.
- High season : April 1 st. and October 31 st. : 2 € /person / night.

* Pool heating is available for a minimum use of a week upon request for a fee of €35,- / day , this means a minimum of €245,-
During the period november till end of march we charge €50,- / day with a minimum of €350,-
