All prices are based on the use of 4 bedrooms ( max. 8 persons ).
The one in the basement remains closed.
For the whole villa (= 5 bedrooms) we charge €300,-/ week extra ( max. 10 persons ).
For bookings in 2024 we increase this to €350,-/week
1 baby-bed and -chair is included. Every other bed gives an additional
price of respectively 50,- € / stay
************** During the high season ( july and august ) we only rent the whole house *******************
The rental period lasts always a week ( 7 nights or 14 / 21) and has a changeover at saturday.
During the low-season months (jan.,feb.,march and nov.,dec.) we will be more flexible with the duration of the stay (min.5 days) and the moment of changeover.
The deposit is €1000,- and has to be paid together with the remaining second part of the rent. As soon as no damages has been established after the end
of the stay, this deposit will be refunded a.s.a.p..
