Our villa is equipped with a spacious living room and dining area, a modern open kitchen, and five bedrooms, which can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children (under 3 years old). Every bedroom has its own private bathroom with a modern walk-in douche and rain shower.
They are equipped with double beds, which can be separated, and every bedroom has its own air conditioning installation. All bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area.
The house is surrounded by different areas. A lounge corner equipped with a concrete bar and outdoor fireplace, a BBQ by the kitchen, and a large deck in the facade: the perfect place to have breakfast under the palms, with the Atlantic Ocean just in front of you.
On the opposite side of Casa Xyza, you’ll find our beautiful swimming pool, an outdoor douche, and a deck area. There you can lay on one of our sunbeds.
The house is very well isolated and has floor heating (except in the bedrooms). In the living room, you will find a big flat screen and a stove, for that extra comfort. The kitchen has a modern cooking island, a very spacious fridge + freezer + ice cube machine combo, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and some other kitchen basics. You will also find a washing machine.
The rooftop is definitely a must in Casa Xyza: be ready to witness the most beautiful sunsets.
Internet connection and a Sonos-sound installation are available for our guests.
